I'm just a Worried Dad.
I have 2 kids (both new drivers) and reducing their risk of a car accident is extremely important to me.
So I built DrivingWisdom
From this state of parental anxiety, I decided to create ultra-basic, totally simple "cue cards" (visual reminders) designed to shift behavior in that crucial moment, just before driving.
These cards:
- Jolt the driver's mind.
- Deliver an alert (of supreme importance).
- Hit at the perfect moment (just before they drive the vehicle).
- Heighten risk awareness.
- Encourage safe driving habits.
How to use them:
- Plant them when your teenager isn't around.
- Place them in a strategic location (on the vehicle's dashboard; on its hood; on the driver's seat; windshield wiper, door jamb, etc.)
- The goal is simple: a quick safety warning (before the engine starts).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Cards should be removed from view before driving.
