Welcome to DrivingWisdom.com. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Safety Warning & Proper Use
Our "cue cards" are tools to condition safe driving habits before a vehicle is in motion.

The Rule: These cards must be removed from the dashboard and placed aside (e.g., in a vehicle's storage cubby, visor, or glove box) before operating the vehicle.
The Risk: Do not drive with the card on your dashboard. It may obstruct your view or create a distraction.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using the product safely. DrivingWisdom LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or legal citations resulting from the improper use of our products. Vehicle operators use these cards at their own risk.

3. Orders and Accuracy

Accuracy: We try to show colors and details accurately, but your screen settings may vary.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock issues).

Prohibition on Reselling: Our products may not be resold without permission.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship from NYC. While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Once we hand the package to the carrier (USPS/UPS), the risk of loss is out of our control. Please see our RETURNS policy for further info.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the text on our cards, our logos, and our designs — is owned by DrivingWisdom LLC. You may not reproduce or "copycat" our products or website content without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Tools
Our store is powered by Shopify. Your use of the store is also subject to Shopify’s automated tools and security protocols, which we do not directly control.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
